Works on my 2004 Toyota Prius, but man, this thing was hard to install the first time. Contrary to the instructions that come with the kit, you really have to get the whole thing assembled (feet, load bars and fit kit) BEFORE placing the rack on the car. If you try to do it while the unit is positioned on the roof of the car, the bolts are not long enough to engage the threaded nut way up inside each foot. Also, stick to the measurements they specify in the instructions. That part they did get right.Now that I did the intital set up though, the rack is super sturdy, and relatively easy to take on and off. To fit the 2004 Toyota Prius you will need the Thule Fit Kit #2142, a set of the Thule 400xt Aero Feet, and a set of load bars of your desired length (I got the LB58, 58" ones).
Overall a good product, but Thule could do a way better job on their instruction manual.
